VeloCrew provides cloud software for field workforce management (web admin portal and mobile worker app). Features depend on your subscription plan (Normal or Pro).
You are responsible for credentials for your organisation, accurate company information, and lawful use by your workers and admins. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed per active seat (worker or admin) in INR via Razorpay unless otherwise agreed in writing. Trials, promotions, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your admin billing settings. Failure to pay may result in restricted access (billingLocked) until payment is received.
You retain ownership of data you submit. VeloCrew processes it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for worker and end-customer personal data in your workspace; VeloCrew acts as processor for that data.
Optional integrations (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta, maps, payment gateways) are subject to those providers’ terms. You are responsible for obtaining required consents from your customers and workers.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect access. Support is provided via admin@velocrew.in according to your plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, VeloCrew’s total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
You may stop using the service and cancel subscription per billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or non-payment. Upon termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thrissur, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified by email to account owners.
