Last updated: 19 May 2026. This policy describes how VeloCrew handles personal data when you use our website and SaaS product.
We collect information needed to run the service:
We do not sell personal data.
To provide, secure, and improve VeloCrew; authenticate users; process payments; send service emails (e.g. verification); and support integrations you enable (WhatsApp, maps, etc.).
Your company is the controller for worker and customer personal data you load into VeloCrew. VeloCrew acts as processor for that workspace data. For account billing and our own marketing, VeloCrew may act as controller for limited fields.
Typical providers: cloud hosting (e.g. AWS), MongoDB Atlas, Razorpay, Google Maps (if enabled), Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API (if you enable messaging), email (SMTP). We require appropriate safeguards under contract.
We retain data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard practices; no method is 100% secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or erasure. Account owners can manage much data in the admin portal. Step-by-step deletion instructions (including Meta/WhatsApp) are on our User data deletion page. You may also email:
Include: company name, workspace ID if known, requester role, and whether you seek erasure, export, or restriction.
Data may be processed in India and in regions where our sub-processors operate. Enterprise customers may request a DPA with transfer mechanisms.
VeloCrew is a B2B workforce product not directed at children under 18.
We may update this policy on this page. Material changes may be communicated to account owners by email.
